Swix HF4 was the fastest wax today compared to Start Green, LF6, HF6, LF7, Holmenkol and

Given that it was dumping snow during out tests, we are suggesting LF4 given that the snow is likely to stop and dry out overnight as it cools.  LF4 was very slightly slower than HF4 today and seems a safer bet.

So, apply two layers of LF4, scrape, brush and then brush again after the skis have cooled.

For kick, everything was working today as the snow is squeaky and cold.  Prepare the bases by cleaning the kick zone and sanding it, ironing in a layer of Swix Extra Blue or VR30.  The final kick wax will be chosen in the morning.  Come by the Swix tent to get out latest suggestion.
