Classic sprint on the Soldier Hollow Olympic course.
This is a forecast/testing based recommendation.
Weather –
Thursday Night: Rain and snow, becoming all snow after 11pm. Low around 20. West southwest wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.
Friday: A 30 percent chance of snow showers, mainly before 11am. Mostly sunny, with a high near 38. North northwest wind between 3 and 8 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Recommendation
We recommend the following:
Base Layer: Ski*Go LF Graphite
Race Paraffin: SkiGo HF Orange/Green
Fluoro Powder: Holmenkol Mid Powder or SkiGo C44/7 Powder
Topcoat: SkiGoCM10 or C22 block or C22 liquid.
Kick: Two choices are possible: Thin klister binder such as Rode Chola or Toko Green covered with a SkiGo HF Red kickwax. Straight hardwax is also a real possibility, such as SkiGo HF Red, Rode Multigrade violet, or Swix VR55 or 60.
