Saturday, Dec 12 7-8PM at BNS Boulder Store

 Chris Hall will visit BNS on Friday and Saturday, help with the demo at Eldora on Saturday and give a short talk about his experience as a wax tech - on the World Cup for the US Ski Team and as the Race Director at Fischer in the US.  Join Chris and the BNS crew on Saturday night for a casual conversation at the Boulder store from 7-8PM Saturday, Dec 12th.

  
Grand Mesa and Eldora Venues.

 BNS will be holding two on-snow demos: at Grand Mesa Sunday, December 6th from 10:30-2:30 and at Eldora December 12th from 9AM-2PM.  Both venues have good snow and we are definitely on for free demos from Fischer, Salomon, Alpina, Madshus, Rossignol and Atomic.  See inside for details.

Today's skate race went very well for us, with Holmenkol Mid08 block and then Ski*Go C107 fluid as our preferred top coats. We found the biggest differences in performance today in the optimizer top coats, as is often the case. For tomorrow's classic race we are sticking with known quantities. We are applying HK Matrix Blue and HK Mid08 powder this evening. These picks reflect our experience from this morning, and also take into consideration the waxes that have been most versatile and consistent in our testing as conditions have changed day to day. Tomorrow morning we will turn our attention to optimizers and kick wax.
